I make everything by hand in small batches, and I want you to love what you put on your skin. If something isn't right, here's how I’ll take care of it.
Returns
• You can return any unopened, unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Please contact me first before sending anything back — I’ll confirm the return and give you the return address.
• Return shipping is on the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect (then I cover it).
Damaged or incorrect items
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Opened products
• Because my products are made for sensitive, eczema-prone skin and can't be resold once opened, opened or used products can't be returned — except if they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
• Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund your original payment method.
